Director of Client Development
Victor leads client development and account management at Ace Personnel, overseeing a portfolio of accounts and focusing on building strong, lasting partnerships. With a background in recruiting and employee relations, he understands how to deliver solutions that work in real operations. Fluent in multiple languages and a former national champion soccer player, Victor brings energy, discipline, and a team-first mindset to everything he does.
Alexa Ewell
Director of Operations
Alexa is the operational backbone of Ace Personnel, with over 15 years of experience keeping things running smoothly. As Director of Operations, she wears many hats: supporting recruiting efforts, managing internal processes, and bridging front and back office needs. She has a knack for finding great candidates and solving problems before anyone else even notices them. If there’s a moving piece, chances are Alexa already has it handled.
Angela Calhoun
Director of Compliance
Angela is the behind-the-scenes force that keeps Ace Personnel running on track. As Director of Compliance & Payroll, she manages everything from payroll processing to compliance, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her background in operations and bookkeeping shows up in her attention to detail and ability to get things done right the first time. When something needs handled, Angela is always the first to step in and help.

Managing Partner
Shane is the Founder of Ace Personnel - and the reason it all exists in the first place. Since founding the company in 1989, he has built Ace Personnel brick by brick through determination, persistence, and a relentless commitment to doing things the right way. Known for his high standards and problem-solving mindset, Shane has created a culture focused on quality and results. He continues to lead the team with the same drive that started it all.
