If you want to use one staffing service to fulfill all staffing
needs, Single-Source Staffing is your choice. All openings are filled
through Ace Personnel's own database or, in some cases, a combination
of the Ace Personnel database and a local partnering service. You
need only call Ace Personnel to have any type of order filled. We
maintain all communications with any other service(s) involved. You
complete one timesheet and receive one invoice for all services. |

If you use more than one service to fulfill your staffing needs
either because of the volume of people needed or as a check and balance
to ensure you are receiving the best possible service, you will prefer
the One-Call Staffing arrangement. In the One-call Staffing relationship,
Ace Personnel acts as your main contact and distributes orders among
the services as dictated. As in Single Source Staffing, you need only
call Ace Personnel. We maintain all communications with any other
service(s) involved. You complete one timesheet and receive one invoice
for all services. |

This service involves placing an On-site Manager at your facility.
The On-site Manager serves as a liaison between the associates and
your management staff. Each On-site Management program can be tailored
to your specific needs, but typically the On-site Manager provides
recruiting, interviewing, training of associates, translation when
needed (our On-site Managers are bi-lingual Spanish/English), and
counseling of associates. On-site Managers could be at your facility
either full-time or part-time dependent upon the number of associates
working. |

Whether you need an associate for several weeks or several months,
Ace Personnel is able to help. When your seasonal peak, special project,
or maternity leave is over the associate is reactivated in the Ace
Personnel database and a new job search begins. You don't have to
worry about the large number of unemployment claims that come in after
a seasonal peak, because we employed the seasonal associates. |

If you want to add to your core staff but would like to review the
associate's work performance, attendance and attitude, you will love
the temporary-to-hire program. After 480 hours on Ace Personnel's
payroll, you may hire the associate without a conversion fee. It is
like a 12-week interview. |

The Direct Hire Program allows you add to your core staff immediately.
After you and Ace Personnel have thoroughly screened and interviewed
the applicant, you may offer to hire him or her directly. The fee
for this service is a percentage of the associate's first year's salary. |
