  If you are employed with Ace Personnel for 90 days you are eligible to participate in an individual health insurance plan. You have the ability to choose a deductible between $250 and $2500. The plan may be effective for any time period between 30 and 185 days, and may be renewed at the end of that period. You may choose single, couple, one adult + children or family coverage as your needs dictate.

  After 2000 hours of work, you earn one week of paid vacation and the following paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

  When you reach 12 consecutive months of employment and at least 1000 hours worked in that 12 months, you may participate in the Ace Personnel 401(k) plan. Ace Personnel will match your contributions dollar for dollar up to $100 per month.
